A large shell fitout project in the new Bracknell town centre development. The project included a complete mechanical services installation with displacement ventilation serving the sales floors and highly efficient heating, air conditioning and water heating plant.

Modification project
Small projects in existing Marks & Spencer stores consisting of modifications to existing ‘Hot Food on the Move’ areas to incorporate new prep areas and a new sales counter in the Food Hall area of the stores.
Projects included installations of new fat, oil and grease management plant and modifications to existing mechanical installations carried out at night during store closing hours. Existing services were maintained throughout the duration of the works.

Design and build project
A design and build project working with the design team to provide an energy efficient scheme which met client expectations at a sensible budget.
The mechanical and public health services installation included external services, heating with combined heat and power unit, comfort cooling, ventilation, gas, water services, sanitary ware installation, above ground drainage and BMS controls.
The project comprised design from basic principles, 3D REVIT model/drawings, building model with BRUKL & EPC, BREEAM very good, installation/contracting, commissioning, handover and staff training.
The project was successfully completed to programme and won the Build In Quality award in the Leisure Category.

Design and build project
A modern new build development situated in the heart of a residential area in Kidderminster. This design and build project utilises high efficiency plant including heat recovery ventilation, combined heat and power and the use of LPHW heat exchangers for hot water generation. The centre has state of the art energy monitoring to minimise emissions and running costs.
